Description: Batting weighs approximately 2 pounds 5 ounces, or 37 ounces. Photos were taken on a queen size bed for reference. Batting measures approximately 68 x 80 - I measured the 80 inches by measuring the wool folded in half. I did not want to peel it apart. I did not smooth the wool out or stretch it when I measured so it very well may be a bit bigger. The batt is from wool my grandmother purchased from a farm. I remember dropping the wool off at a place that would wash and card the wool into blanket size pieces that my grandmother would then turn into hand tied quilts. The wool has been kept inside and kept dry. It was still in the paper packaging and tied with string from the wool factory until I opened it up. It does not have any odors.
