The device states that the company was ESTABLISHED 1865 - MAKERS OF HIGH GRADE SHIRTS - WHITE & FANCY located in NORRISTOWN, PA.. The device measures approx. 1 3/4 inches wide and is in overall very good + condition with some signs of age as you can see. We have only pulled the measuring tape out a short distance and some retracts on it's own and the last bit you need to push in. We have been unable to locate a similar specimen.
