This product includes hardware, but is not mounted with flange. The studs are not installed. You will see at first glance that these fiberglass products are simply the finest available; however you won't appreciate the quality until you have installed them. Their careful manufacturing techniques mean consistent quality and ease of installation of our products. This will save you time and frustration and most of all it means customer satisfaction. All fiberglass parts do require special preparations and fitting. In some cases modification may be required.
