Description: This Farmhouse Cross quilt kit features the Botanical House collection from Hoffman Fabrics. The gorgeous pastels are complemented with turquoise and white batiks. The background is strip pieced and the strips are staggered to create a watercolor effect and a halo for the semple cross. The quilt is framed with a beautiful large print border. 100% cotton fabric made in Korea. Machine wash delicate cycle, tumble dry low temperature, use cool iron. The overall finished size of this wall quilt as shown in picture 1 is 46" x 60". The kit contains a purchased copy of the Farmhouse Cross pattern and instructions designed by Judit Hajdu of QuiltFox Design along with enough fabric to complete the quilt top and edge binding as shown in picture 1. Backing fabric and batting will need to be purchased separately. Fabrics in this kit are from the Botanical House and Bali Batiks collections by Hoffman Fabrics. Pictures 2 and 3 show the pattern and all fabrics included in this kit, and pictures 4 thru 10 show larger images of some of these fabrics. There are no substitutions in this kit! Skill Level: Advanced Beginner to Experienced The pattern recommends 3 yards of fabric for your backing assuming a standard 43/44" width along with a 54" x 68" piece of batting. Backing fabric and batting are NOT included in this kit. A little over 5-1/8 yards of fabric is included in this kit along with the pattern.
