Blocks are sewn on point and measure 14-1/2" square. The pieced blocks include squares, side triangles and corner triangles. The floral blocks will be cut to the 14-1/2" square size. FABRIC: A perfect name for this lovely, inaugural fabric collection from Laura Horn. This is one of those collections that you can build an entire room around. The focal and secondary print allows you to create the look you like using the beautiful warm or cool coordinates. However, this isn't just for your home as it's ideal for skirts, dresses, bags and more – so pretty! Gina Gempesaw used a watercolor-style approach to design a gorgeous set of designs! Make the quilt for your sofa and accent with the coordinating table runner. 100% cotton fabric. Machine wash cold water, wash dark colors separately, tumble dry cool heat, do not bleach, use cool iron if necessary. The overall finished size of this quilt as shown in picture 1 is 63" x 82-3/4". The kit contains a free copy of the Serene Nature pattern and instructions also designed by Gina Gempesaw for P&B Textiles along with enough fabric to complete the quilt top and edge binding as shown in picture 1. BACKING FABRIC AND BATTING WILL NEED TO BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY. Printed fabrics in this kit are from the Serene Nature collection designed by Laura Horn for P&B Textiles, and the navy suede look fabric used for the binding is also by P&B Textiles. Pictures 2 thru 8 show the pattern and fabrics included in this kit. There are no substitutions in this kit! Skill Level: Confident Beginner (standard piecing and on point blocks) The pattern recommends 5-1/4 yards of 43/45" wide fabric for your backing along with a 71" x 91" piece of batting. Additional fabric could be needed if using a one way design or for pattern matching. Backing fabric and batting are NOT included in this kit. A little over 7-1/2 yards of fabric is included with the kit along with the pattern.
