This kit contains all fabrics required for the top of the quilt and edge binding. Backing and batting will need to be purchased separately. The overall finished size of this quilt is 68" x 80". There are no substituted fabrics! Pictures 2 thru 10 show all the fabrics included in this kit. 5 yards is recommended for backing fabric assuming a standard 44/45" width or 2-1/4 yards if using a 108" backing fabric. Additional fabric could be needed if using a directional print or for pattern design matching. Backing fabric and batting are NOT included in this kit. A little over 8-7/8 yards of fabric is included with the kit along with the pattern.
