Description: Frame was media blasted, rust in pics is just surface from sitting. That being said at one point it was pretty rusty, there is pitting in spots, dropouts are shot and need to be replaced or welded. I had talked to C4 labs and they said they could probably weld them but no guarantees Back of seat tube is the other bad spot, everything is shown in pics Other than that there are no cracks or dents. I believe it's an 1983, serial # is hard to read The original color was Blue.
