This kit is for the model with a cylinder sleeve ID measurement of 57.33 mm. If you have a different ID measurement, please let us know so we can point you to the correct kit. This returns your unit to original factory performance Pressure specifications. Recommend for service every 2 years. Tools The following tools are used in the maintenance and overhaul procedures. • Adjustable open-end wrench • Allen wrench 5/32 • #2 Phillips screwdriver • Small flat-blade screw-driver Overhaul Procedure When the compressor run time reaches 6000 hours (or a multiple of 6000 hours) it is time to replace certain items in the compressor. These include the cups, seals and head gaskets (if needed) of the compressor.
