Description: Both books came from the library of Carl H. Rosner, a fairly well-known scientist and pioneer in super conductor technology at General Electric and Intermagnetics General. He is known as one of the “wizards” of Schenectady. The fourth edition book has his name on the inside cover. I know that these are from his collection because I was at his house. Both books are in good vintage condition with good bindings and very clean pages. They both have excellent covers as well. There may be an occasional very minor marking here or there, but from my inspection, I can clearly see that the books are 99% free of marks. Only the fourth edition has Rosner’s name, but they both did come from his personal library. These are not moly and not musty. Nice vintage copies, excellent reading copies.
