He is an artist willing to step beyond familiar territory and apply his musical vision to ideas from stylistic traditions beyond his own. Soumitra offers a lyrical, leisurely, vocal style rendition of the morning raga Ahir Lalit, and a waltz-like rendition of a Bhairavi thumri often sung by Bade Ghulam Ali Khan. Track List: 1.
