Description: Our rainbow layers are a unique blend of birds that consist of the rare Silverrudds, Black Copper Marans, Blue Copper Marans, Ameraucana, and various generations of Olive Eggers. We breed for temperament and egg color. Our Black Copper Marans rooster is our main guy for this flock, he’s a handsome fella who comes from French Showmanship lines via Greenfire Farms. He’s very people friendly, always keeping a watchful eye, and a good protector of the ladies.With this assortment you’ll receive a variety of colors that range from dark brown, brown with speckles, greens and greens with speckles to help with your rainbow dreams. We try to throw in an extra egg or two with each order. With each dozen order you will receive at least 2 Marans eggs, 2 Rose Eggers (brown layers who tend to lay pink blooms), and the rest will be various generation olive Eggers. Pictured eggs are just an example of what you can receive and not the exact eggs up for grabs. While I wish any of them worked, we have always had about the same 50/50 rate of hen to rooster ratios. Please be prepared and have a plan for the roosters you will hatch out.
