Description: RARE 1876-1880s Homer Laughlin White Antique Sick Invalid Infant Feeder with Eagle-Over-Lion Premium Stone China original Homer Laughlin backstamp! Anything of the Laughlin China Co. from the very early years is difficult to find! This White ironstone infirmary dish definitely qualifies! Could also be used as a great Farmhouse Planter or Decor as these also look like fun "genie" lamps - beautiful antique piece! Love the plain crisp white farm house look! A great one to display and use. Many antique Homer Laughlin items were made in plain white-ware, which today is the perfect cottage, farmhouse, country house home decor! The backstamp is the original Homer Laughlin backstamp: 'Eagle-over-Lion' mark over Premium Stone China Homer Laughlin Condition: Very good to excellent antique condition. No chips. Has the expected under the glaze crazing and some darker age staining from that crazing. Some of the darker spots look like cracks, but they are all under the glaze age stains from the crazing - all noted for accuracy. Minimal factory production imperfections such as sand bumps, glaze pops, glaze misses - all normal factory production. Great display condition for this rare antique piece.
