Description: Rare 1930s vintage Girl Scout sash with 12 badges. Although she isn't around to confirm it, I believe this belonged to my mother, who would have been the age of an Intermediate Scout (10-13) in 1938. The date of this sash can be determined by the fabric of the sash and the design of the badges. This grey-green fabric was only used from 1928-1938, and the border color of the badges for this fabric was green; the dates the badges were in use are noted below.
