The steering wheel is separated on the top and the bottom for some reason. It will need to be repaired / restored prior to use. I cleaned it and sprayed it with some WD40. It is 16” in diameter. These are extremely hard to find! Please look closely at all the pictures for condition and details. Verify it will fit your application prior to purchasing.
