Virago, Executive Director, Ellen S. Fishman, Project Director, Sacramento, California. As this is the First Edition Draft, the recommendations, suggestions and legal opinions have not been approved by the Board of Directors of ARCA, Inc. and as such do not represent the position of the Association. All material within is copyright pending as of 1989. It appears to be around 400+ pages.
