Rare ~1995 Redline Proline Aluminum Frame BMX Bike - Ships To 48 States

Description: This is a Redline Proline BMX bike that I have owned for just over 3 years. I purchased it from the original owner who said he won it in a BMX competition in 1996. I believe it was likely made in 1995. I’ve found the same frame listed as a 1995 on the BMX Museum webpage. I don’t know its exact age I haven’t ridden it much. It has mostly been hanging up in my garage. It does ride really nice, though. Aluminum frame. (Made in USA) DK hubs. Sun mistral wheels. Odyssey Shark Bite pedals. The tires seem okay. This is what I know it needs: It needs new handlebar grips. Some of the spokes are bent and will need to be repaired or replaced. The wheels will need to be trued. It needs new stickers. The brake cable needs to be trimmed. It needs new tubes. There is oxidation in some of the hardware (bolts). The hand brake lever needs a bolt/nut to secure it to the handlebars. It will need a general tune up. This is a used bike (almost 30 years old!), with normal scuffs and scratches. It will need some love, so it’s time to go someone who will give it the attention it deserves, and who will also get more use out of it. Sold AS-IS, no returns.
