Description: 19th century Staffordshire toby jug features portly gent wearing a tricorn hat with removable lid. He is seated on raised base wearing a bright red orange overcoat with green sleeves, bright yellow pants and stockings with bows on either side. He is holding a flagon with floral decoration. In very good condition with no chips or cracks - there is overall crazing and porcelain discoloration on interior as well as very light discoloration on the base.
