Description: RARE #8 Goodell & Co. Cast Iron Kettle Pot With Bail Handle measures 8" tall with a swing lid and bird spout and 6" opening. I have never seen a Goodell Kettle. Does have minor rust and minor scratches, simply due to age probably an 1800's kettle. Does have an off-set bottom and gate mark the bottom is made to sit down in a wood stove.
