Description: For sale is this authentic, vintage, original non-reproduction Anthracite Coal Mine Region historical relic. It's an original sheet of paper from 1935 where this Mr. Berry (coal mining representative) was sending notices to coal mining families evicting them from their coal company housing. This would have sadly been during the height of the American Great Depression Era which makes it even sadder. Dupont, Pennsylvania is just outside of Pittston and is in the Northern Anthracite Coal Field. This was a new old stock set of papers that never got filled out, a template if you will. All the sheets available for sale have a slight tear on them (pictured), other than this and some discoloring from age, they're in great shape.
