Description: I got this at an estate sale. The seller said this was his dads' and he found them in the basement unused and in the original box. What a find! I bought all three he had but, at this time, I am listing only one. He said the liquid inside he believed was a saline solution. Never used but being in storage, you can expect the physical condition to be consistent with storage and age. The red bulb appears to be coated in red with some loss of color. The bracket is NOT included, the Stempel holder, bulb and original box that's unpictured. ADDENDUM: I brought this to my local fire department and they assured me there is nothing hazardous in the liquid. They used to hang them over a fireplace and if there was a fire, the device would automatically release the liquid to extinguish the fire. They would reduce the oxygen. They wanted me to donate it as they wanted to display it in their "rare" and collectible fire extinguishers. We'll see what happens here.
