RARE Antique Shot/Schnapps Cups Set of 12 c1913- WMF

Description: These wonderful little schnapps/shot cups were made in Germany by the infamous WMF (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik).Stunning silverplate with an Art Nouveau/Jugendstil design to the top rim to highlight the design period. Made c 1913. Each cup stands at @4.2cm High x 3.5cm across the top opening. They bear the mark on the base of the running Ostrich in a rhombus with a G below and a partly dashed Arch. This is accompanies by I/O (thickness) Mark and an;’H’ which presumably is for holloware. This mark was used 1910 to c 1925 I have not seen many of these in existence, and this great condition = and especially a complete set of 12. They are stackable making them very easy to transport and be used even as a traveling set. Condition is very good indeed with only three cups having very small pin prick dents and one having a tiny dent to the corner of the base.
