Description: Here offered is a really neat specimen from the famous Lexington Mine in Butte, a locality that is not offered very often. The specimen features intergrown ore minerals consisting of galena, pyrite and sphalerite. This was the typical silver ore that was mined before they hit the copper zone. There is even a small vug off to one side that shows some small sphalerite crystals with the classic quartz crystals. I'm pretty sure there are some silver sulfides but not 100% sure because of the close intergrowth of the ore minerals. Could be cut up further or broken up into several pieces as it's pretty decently sized. 8x6x5 cm
