Description: Classic Thurston design Mid Century saucer top reading lamp manufactured by Lightolier. The lamp is quality brass with avocado enameled shade and column. The brass needs some polishing but it has a great patina so I am leaving the polishing and cleaning to the new owner’s discretion. The avocado enamel is in good shape. The lamp can be raised to 52 in, or lowered to 42 in H, the disk shade is 12 in. in diameter, the arm is 16 in. W including the shade, base 10 in. dia. The arm can be rotated, and or flexed to adjust position. The lamp is in good working condition and has light cosmetic wear, normal and consistent with age, this includes some small dings in the base. This light is truly an iconic mid century piece.
