Description: A superb pair of modernist English solid sterling silver cutlery rests. They are hallmarked for London 1976 with the makers mark being that of Graham Watling. They have been stylishly hand made with their ends having various initials, B L on one and M L on the other but they can be turned around to make various combinations such as LL MB, BM LL, LB ML, ML BL etc - see photos. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. They measure approx. 3 inches (8cm) long by 1 inch (2.6cm) tall by almost 1 inch (2.2cm) wide and have a combined weight of 74 grams. Very good quality rare examples.Also on Selling Antiques.
