Description: This is a matched set of 8 fruit / grapefruit / citrus spoons in the Florentine pattern by John R. Wendt & Company. The pattern was introduced in 1870. Without catalog, I can't properly identify nature of spoon. Length: 6-1/8" Combined silver weight in grams: 130 Monogram, engravings, or inscriptions: script "Wood" on handle top cartouche Hallmarks: "Sterling ~ Patent" Condition: Excellent giftable condition. Mentionable issue: One spoon has noticeable pings and bend to bowl (see photos #18 & #19 photos). Another spoon has two "pings" in bowl (see last two photos). Engraved name "Wood" appears on all. Surface patina commiserate with age and use. No other mentionable pings, dings, dents, bashes, flat spots, carbon spots, gauges, unusual scratches, or other blemishes.
