There is minor corrosion in spots from age, but if you wanted, you could (steel) brush that away and paint it. Normal pre-owned wear. I do see an air bubble in the glass shade that was created when the shade was made. Ready to install. Bare wires so you will need to be handy or have an electrician install it for you.
