Description: Rare Norman Norell Wool Jersey Tunic and Sequined Skirt Description: This listing is for a 2-piece Norman Norell Brown wool jersey tunic with long self-tie belt and sequined straight skirt in brown and white pony pattern. These garments are among the most collectible Norell’s and rarely available. From mid to late 60’s Tunic is medium weight brown wool jersey with band collar.It is unlined with chiffon facing at the shoulder area and neckband. Long straight sleeves have zippers at the hem and center back zipper. Tie belt is attached with snaps at the waist. Lingerie straps.. Skirt is hand beaded in a white and brown pony pattern on silk chiffon and is completely lined in white silk chiffon. Back zippered to waist band. Condition: Excellent / Very Good. There are no missing sequins. One side of the belt attachment is off. One side is enough to keep it in place, and this could easily be attached by a dressmaker or tailor. Label reads: Norman Norell and is in the tunic.
