Description: Purchased from an estate awhile ago. Signed Petticoat Surgeon by Bertha Van Hoosen. This is the December of 1947 3rd edition. The first 3 editions were all printed in 1947. This was part of a very nice estate with an extensive library. There is a ring on the cover from what appears to be a cup stain. I have not tried to remove it. The binding is getting worn but still together. Obviously a loved and well read book by it's previous owner. Signature is addressed to the late owner of the estate it was purchased from.
