Description: Up for sale is this very rare print by artist Tom Brittain titled: "Cliff House." This is number 145/900. The print is in excellent condition. This comes set in a beautiful double layer frame. The first Cliff House was built in 1858, since then, there have been four more rebuilt, the current one was built in 1950. From this location, you can see the surf over several miles of sandy beach, ships from all over the world coming into the harbor of San Francisco, through the waters of the Golden Gate and with the famed Seal Rocks with hundreds of Sea Lions. Born in 1949, Artist Tom Brittain has become a professional artist, creator and designer. Britain has studied under such well known painters and designers as Lorser Fietelson, Lawrence Drieban, Eric O’Bach, Midge Quenell, Harry Carmean, Glenn Villpu, and Lynn Foulkes. Brittain now resides in Los Angeles spending the majority of his time creating, designing and traveling. On the lower left it reads: "Cliff House - San Francisco." Underneath that it reads: "145/900." On the bottom right it reads: "Brittain." Brittains' name is a signed impression. The image area measures: 5 1/4 in. wide by 4 1/4 in. high. The frame measures: 10 1/4 in by 10 1/4 in.
