The hand painted canister, which measures 6" in diameter and stands 5-1/2" high to the rim, was manufactured by The Haldon Group in 1985. The pattern has since been discontinued. This fully embossed canister features a basket weave background, blue bow, red strawberries, and green leaves. The sugar canister from this pattern is extremely scarce with very few pieces in circulation. THE MAIN COURSE You'll find these canister to be in superb condition. If not for two minuscule paint nicks on the lid (see 5th photo), this canister would be listed as mint, like new. The decor is in beautiful condition, the colors are vibrant with no fading or discoloration, and the glaze shines like new.
