Rare Telefunken Jubilate 5161W AM/FM/SW Radio-AM Works, for Parts/Repair

Description: This is a rare, vintage Telefunken Jubilate Model 5161W tabletop tube radio with AM, FM, and 2 Shortwave radio bands in a beautiful wooden cabinet. These radios were made by Telefunken in the late 1950s and early 1960s, which was known for its quality manufacturing. This would make a great addition for a collector or anyone looking for a conversation piece and to enhance their home with a great looking radio. It has been tested and works good with AM, however there are some issues with FM and the SW radio bands. Therefore it is being sold for parts / repair and is sold as-is. It comes with the power cord but no FM or SW antenna. See photos and the additional description below. The cabinet is in very good condition with one small dent on top, and some other minor mars and scratches consistent with age including some minor white paint spray on top. The inner and outer knob controls on the front panel include: Volume / Tone and FM / AM/SW1/SW2. The switches are for each band and an off button, which are all in good condition and work well. The radio powers on and operates as expected on AM and the tuning light and signal indicator light work, however there may be a problem with the lower half of the signal light (appears a bit distorted). When tested on AM some strong stations came in loud and clear. There is no matching FM antenna. The FM tuning knob while tight is not tuning properly or changing stations, and there is no visible tuning needle for any of the bands. The tone control knob may not be working properly but is tight. There is electrical tape on one spot on the power cord but otherwise it is in good shape. The gold trim on the bottom left side comes loose easily when moved. See photos for exact condition.
