Description: Sarco ULTRA HUNTER Lock Back Pocket Knife Hunting Created by Jim Sargent (former President of the National Knife Collectors Association and author of eight different knife books), Sarco has been making private knives for over 50 years. The Ultra Hunter was made in Japan using 440 steel and is a fairly beefy knife with a heavy duty construction to it. Definitely has a nice heft to it and fits your hand very well. Its thicker than most knives and allows for a better fit and feel in your hand. The blade travels freely and locks into place with a solid snap. There is a light amount of side to side wobble. Not a lot, but I'm picky about noting what I see. This appears to be the original factory edge and also appears to be unused, though there is a small scratch on the one handle slab (see photos). Definitely capable as a hunting knife or an everyday carrier, but still in pristine enough condition to be added to a personal collection. Please review all of the photos as they are part of the description. Photos will supersede any written descriptions in case I missed noting anything or made an error in what I did write, so please look closely and ask questions to clarify.
