Description: William Goldman is widely considered one of the best screenplay writers ever. He wrote Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, Princess Bride, A Bridge Too Far, All the President's Men, Marathon Man and many other movies. This is one of his screenplays that never got made. It is a grand pirate adventure. Although full of battling ships and sword fights, the tone is whimsical, sort of like the Butch and Sundance story. The script is dated August 1978. This copy is in excellent condition. It is 132 pages. For some reason the paper is a pumpkin color. Still, the text is sharp and easy to read. Two-hole punched with brass fasteners.
