This is not marked but this came in a collection from the same estate that had a number of marked Dolly Dear items. These measures 4" wide x 2" long and have a wooden rod. This is unmarked (as are all Dolly Dear pieces once they have taken out of the original packaging) but see the last picture of similar items from the book "Dolly Dear Doll House Accessories 1928-1961" by Patty Cooper. From the other items in this collection I would say this dates from the early days before these became more mass produced. A rare and wonderful item for the Dolly Dear collector!
