Description: Rare Vintage 1960's MASUDAYA “Police Hand Car”Bat.Op Scooter/Squad Tin Toy Japan Description:Up for sale is the “Police Hand Car”, the rarest of all the hand car squads, manufactured by the renowned Japanese brand Masudaya.This battery-operated toy features Non-stop Mystery Action and a Tinkling Sound. Made of lithographed tinplate with a swivel painted vinyl head, it also includes a communication radio/telephone with an antenna on the back of the car. The toy has hard plastic wheels with lithographed tin hubcaps and is marked on the back: “Trade Mark Masudaya Modern Toys.”Made in Japan by Masudaya, circa 1960s. Dimensions:Length: 7-¾ inches (19.6 cm)Height: 9-½ inches (24 cm) Condition:This is an all-original, complete toy with bright and vibrant colors, showing minimal signs of wear (see pictures).
