The base is made of black wire, and it has three legs that are formed as part of the wire framework. We are uncertain as to the maker. It'll look great in any modern interior space! Measurements: Approx. 22" wide x 12" deep x 5" tall (at its maximum height). Condition: Good vintage condition. There are a few small areas of rattan where there are small breaks (see photos) - nothing overly major, but being mentioned for accuracy.
