It was probably unnecessary to change it from year to year so they were not dated. I have determined a time period in which it was issued by these clues:Oxford Tool Company incorporated July 1936, on Oxford St Phila President, Gordon G. Campbell states in the Forward of this catalog that they moved from original site on Oxford street where they were "for many years".President, Gordon G. Campbell's obit appears in NY Times Oct 14 1945 |Condition| PRE-OWNED/VTG; Very good, no missing/torn pages, no dog-ears on top of pages.2-staple binding good. Has vintage handwriting: an address with a vintage phone number in pencil on inside cover & some numbers on Forward page in pencil. There are 2 more small notations in very neat, cursive handwriting in pencil on different pages, but they do not detract; in fact they add a bit of humanity. Who was that guy?
