It is missing the pull start and the left handle has been replaced with a steel fabricated handle. The engine turns freely and the throttle cable moves smoothly, and the carburetor also is not seized, but I am sure it needs to be rebuilt. I am not even going to attempt to get this running. I think you could get it running if you rebuild the carburetor however we are not making any guarantees. You are buying this as is. This will be partially disassembled for affordable shipping.
