Folder measures approximately 14 1/2” x 10 3/8”. Contains three items inside the folder, a party hat full color proof, a black and white proof with Pantone color number references and guides, and a black and white proof with the pantone swatches. Displays very well. An extremely unique preproduction item from the merchandising line of Cowboys of Moo Mesa. This item comes from the personal collection of Mark Freedman, the president and founder of a Surge Licensing. Mark is famously known for discovering the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic book & securing the licensing deal with Playmates resulting in one of the most successful toy lines ever, he was also a Producer of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon and Producer of Wild West C.O.W. Boys of Moo Mesa cartoon and was responsible for the licensing of the Cowboys of Moo Mesa products. These items have been in Mark Freedman’s personal collection for the last thirty years.
