Cabinet description as follow . FYI : Please message me prior to buying if your chassis measurements are differrent , so I can adjust the description to reflect the correct size of your chassis . 1. Your chassis must be 6-1/2" deep x 2-1/2" tall x 26-1/2" wide including wings : please varify this prior to buying . 2. Cabinet size is 29" wide x 10-3/4" tall x 8-1/4" deep 2. Interior width is 27-1/2 3. Height clearance is 9-1/4" 4. front to back interior clearance is 6-3/4" 5. Front chassis cutout is 16-1/2" x 2-3/8" 6. Rear cutout is 24-11/16" 7.Shell is made of pine and the baffle and rear panel are baltic birch . 8. Pine shell with 3/4" thick baltic birch front panel and 1/4" baltic birch rear panel Please let me know if you will be installing vynal and piping or doing a natural finish so I can allow for the proper gaps between the sides of the cabinet at the front and back panels . If you are installing vynal and piping , the gaps will be a little larger at the front then at the back because it is understood that the back does not get piping and therefore does not require as big a gap as at the front . I take a lot of pride in every cabinet I build . I do not have all the big overhead that these big companys have , thus I pass the savings on to you . All the cabinets I fabricated are handcrafted in my shop , one at a time . I use 3/4" pine that I select and assembled using strong halfblind dovetail glued joints . I then router the exterior corners . The front baffle is 3/4" blatic birch and the rear panel is 1/4" baltic birch plywood . I use #8 oval head wood screws and finish washers for a custom look . All the cabinets I sell are sanded to #150 grit when they are mailed off to you the buyer . Please note : further sanding and prep work will be needed for a natural finish .
