I could not test it appropriately. I tried playing a VHS tape and it did not play. There was no video output to my TV. There is NO REMOTE. There is some surface scratches pictured in the photos. This is very heavy and bulky item. It is listed for parts and hopefully someone can fix this to use and/or resell. I didn’t have the heart to throw in the trash.
