Description: THIS MACHINE HAS A FLAW WHERE THE "ON" FUNCTION DOES NOT WORK IT ONLY PULSES ON THE "ON" FUNCTION AND ON THE "PULSE/OFF" FUNCTION. So it works if all you are interested in is the pulse function. I do not know if this is fixable or not. Additionally the black protective coating on the cord has melted at some point but the cord is intact. See photos.
