Surface noise is evident upon playing, especially at cue, Side 1. There is an audible crackling sound which lasts 15 seconds then fades away, Remainder of Side 1 has minimal background noise. Between Track 1 and Track 2 there is very little noise. Side 2 is almost a strong VG, closer to VG+. Label has DJ initials on Side 1. Side 2 is clean.Cardboard sleeve is in G+, Good Plus condition. DJ tape across entire right side, front cover on opening slot side with title song and BPM. Tape extends to back cover 1/2". Hole punch out upper right corner, spine has a wear spot 1 1/2" which obscures title song 'Send Me An Angel'.
