If you're not sure, there are a few tips for you. Q: How do I know the size of my mirror thread? Please remove your current stock mirror and measure the diameter of the bolt. Q: How do I know the mirror thread pitch of my bike? Most big bike mirror thread is 1.25mm pitch, there are certain BMW big bikes mirror thread is 1.5mm pitch. Here's how you could measure: Use a vernier caliper. Find a screw that you're sure is 1.25mm pitch. Try to compare the mirror thread of the two. If it fits, it will look like this. Rule of Thumb Most big bike mirrors have 10mm standard/clockwise thread. Some Yamaha/Ducati, however, have a reversed/anti-clockwise thread and a standard/clockwise thread.
