Rebuild YOUR Ford Autolite Carburetor, any year & style

Description: You are BUYING A SERVICE for a complete rebuild of your Ford Autolite or Motorcraft carburetor such as the 4100 or 4300 series. YOUR carb will be completely disassembled, checked for damage and wear, and cleaned with non -corrosive chemicals (some parts will have to be manually cleaned). All parts will be de-rusted in a vibratory tumbler with styrene pyramids and then polished in another tumbler with ground walnut/pecan shells that will embed their natural oils to increase the sheen and prevent rusting. Everything is inspected carefully after the two-day clean and polish process to ensure there is no excessive wear that would prevent proper adjustments. Assembly is "by the book" with all internal and non-running adjustments made. Throttle shafts worn beyond specification will get bushings and new screws are supplied for the choke and throttle plates.All fasteners will be replaced with new stainless steel, unless you prefer the "used" look. New base and spacer gaskets (2) will be included in the return. UPS ground shipping is on me. You can, however, chose a faster method if needed, for the difference in price. The pictures are of recent customer rebuilds to make sure you are ordering the service for the correct series. There are different choke arrangements, and some carbs have vent tubes and different vacuum ports. If you are not sure, just send me a picture of your carb or drop me a note. The last two pictures are a Before & After of a recent customer's fire carb.If your carb has been sitting forever, or has visible damage, it might not be able to be resurrected, so contact me in advance of the purchase if concerned to save your postage. I can repair things like loose throttle levers, stuck shafts and throttle plates, minor warpage, but not major cracks or bent shafts, etc.The long lead time is to cover any shipping delays to me. Your carb will be returned within a week after I get it. I will contact you with shipping instructions within a day of your purchase. You can reduce that time by contacting me ahead of shipping with the application for YOUR carburetor if it is a 4300 series.I will send packing and shipping instructions, usually the same day as ordered depending on the time and time zones. Please read them as it is a bit of a hassle to match a return address on a box to an order in ebay.
