Red Wing Orange Pitcher W/ Wood Handle -565 Gypsy Trail Plain Pattern

Description: This Red Wing carafe with a glossy orange finish is adorned with a beautiful wood handle. The color of the wood against the orange is stunning! This 'Gypsy Trail' design was first introduced in the 1930s & was such a hit it was made until 1945! The carafe originally came with a small stopper (not included) This piece impressively keeps liquids hot or cold. There are no chips, cracks, or repairs on this. There is some surface crazing on the inside of the pitcher, but no breakthrough of the glaze, everything is still smooth to the touch & 100% functional. There is some wear on the handle (can be easily buffed out) but also adds character. There is some discoloration on the very bottom side of the pitcher due to age, still displays beautifully & otherwise in excellent condition. This pottery piece is perfect for display but is also 100% functional! It will be shipped with immense care, fast & free.
