Description: This listing is for Servicing your Rad Power Bikes Semi Integrated battery. Placing the charger incorrectly into the battery or placing a metal object such as a key into the charge port of the battery will cause the fuse to disconnect and render the battery inoperable. This fuse can be replaced by our trained staff saving you hundred of dollars! We highly discourage you to perform this on your own as batteries are capable of thermal runaway and catching fire. Our staff will re seal the battery and make sure the gaskets are intact to keep moisture from entering when the bike is in use. Your fuse will been replaced with a brand new high quality fuse, and the battery will be tested on a Rad Power Bike to ensure it is working properly. Once the repair has been completed, we will promptly ship your battery back to you after we receive your shipping address. The price includes return shipping and insurance. If we are unable to repair your battery due to a different fault or problem, we will return the battery to you and you may be offered a discount on a working battery if they are available. We will in m most cases keep the amount paid for time spent on the repair attempt. Please make sure the serial number of your battery begins with “RAD.” Please also make sure when pressing the battery indicator light, at least one light or more comes on. If you meet both of these criteria, your battery CAN be repaired. Serial numbers that begin with “CAP” cannot be repaired. If you attempted to repair the battery yourself (highly NOT recommended) and you ripped the ribbon cable, we can repair this as well. Repairs include free return shipping!
