Description: Restored 1963 Massachusetts license plate #778-512 The plate has gone through several levels of restoration. Rust and old paint has been removed,sanding and preparation with two coats of primer and two finish coats ( black oil based paints) The letters and border have been hand painted with four coats of hi-gloss white oil-based paint. The plate is not in perfect condition showing signs of stress due to neglect and the passing of time.
