Description: Beautifully refinished solid maple embroidery cotton storage box. Measures 7 1/4" long x 2 1/2" deep x 1 1/2" tall. Inside is 6 7/8" long x 2" deep x 1 1/4" tall. Sides are 3/16" thick maple joined using the barefaced housing joint for strength. Original brass hardware in good working order. Refinished with several coats of MinWax Satin Varnish and hand-polished with superfine steel wool and paste wax to a soft luster. All joints are solid. New green felt lines the inside.
