Description: Beautifully restored oak document/card storage box. Dimensions are 10 1/8" long x 6" wide x 4 3/8" tall. Inside measures 5 3/8" wide x 9 14" deep x 3 7/8" tall. Stamped inside the lid with "OWL". The box is constructed of 5/16" thick oak and uses fingerjoints for strength. Original metal hinges, lid supports and card holder are in good working order. Box was restored with several coats of MinWax Satin Varnish and polished with 0000 steel wool and paste-wax to a soft luster. Excellent condition. All joints are solid. No cracks, scratches or splits in the wood. Rubber feet added to protect your furniture and improve handling. New felt applied to bottom. Shipping weight 3 1/2 lbs. Very Fast Handling!
